Mr. Tyler Flake, MBA
This is his new official title, everyone. He worked hard for that one. 2 years of weekend school is not easy. But we are done. Yay for having our weekends back! We weren't able nor willing to go to the actual graduation at Utah State, so our families threw a graduation party for him. Thanks, both Moms! My mom insisted on having Tyler dress up in the robes for pictures. Maybe going a little too far, but we need them for posterity sake.

Virginia Trip to see Baby Colton
Okay, it was an amazing trip. I went to VA without kids and hubby. I miss them more than ever but it was the most relaxing time I have had in a LONG time. I had a blast spending one on one time with my sis and brother in law and new nephew. It felt like the old days when the 3 of us were at SVU going to college. So fun!
My flight to VA was extremely interesting. I have never experienced anything quite like it. My second leg from Dallas to Richmond was delayed 2 hrs on the runway due to weather. No big deal right....then on top of that 5 mins before we were supposed to land they closed the Richmond airport and rerouted us to Dulles where we then go on a bus to go back to Richmond which took 2 hrs. All together I got in at 4:00am instead of 10:30pm. Nice, I know. But to tell you the truth it was so funny how I could not get at all frustrated b/c I was just thinking how much harder it would have been with kids. I was just sitting enjoying reading my fabulous book the whole time. (By the way, I must recommend Dr. Laura's book, Proper Care and Feeding for Husbands for all you married women out there). Anyway, so the traveling wasn't too smooth, I can with anything when I am by myself.
My new nephew is the cutest baby I have ever seen, b/c of his gorgeous hair and sweet, sweet face. He is a doll through and through. Suz and Nelson are PERFECT parents. It was fun to see them in action.
Here is the proof.

Snowbird & Skating
We have had fun the past couple days at a condo in Snowbird with my family. Here are a few pictures.
For FHE we went Skating. I can't remember the last time I put on a pair of skates. They even had some for Ty and Austin. We got the biggest kick out of them trying to skate. It didn't last long and we switched Ty's skates in for a scooter which he loved, and Austin rode with Grandpa.

Ty couldn't get enough of the hot tub on the deck. He would only stay out of it long enough for me to put on his clothes then he would beg to get back in. It was so cute because he wouldn't play around, he just sat there and relaxed.
It is fun to have Sam back for the summer from school in Virginia.

Oh, yea...me as a blonde. No, that isn't photoshoped. I was blonde for a total of 8 hours before I just couldn't look in the mirror any longer. It was an awesome color, but not me! I am back with brown and feel much more confortable. Now remind me not to touch my hair again so that it doesn't all fall out from being damaged!
